Overview

Most countries in Europe follow a common Schengen visa policy, established by the EU to provide a consistent visa procedure for the 26 European countries who keep no borders with one another. These countries, known collectively as the Schengen Area, include most countries in the EU as well as a few outside it.

EU countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus and Romania also largely follow Schengen visa policy, even though they have not yet been formally admitted to the Schengen Area. Ireland and UK are the only EU countries with significantly differently visa policies.

What We Can Do To Help

We have a dedicated EU/Schengen department, which provides skilled help, advice and support throughout the often complex application process for these visas.

In addition to the official visa fee, we charge our own fee in exchange for the advice and assistance that we give.

Should you decide to proceed with us, we will take you through a clear and straightforward series of steps.

                Steps in the application process

1. An initial consultation, in which we establish what applies in your case and whether we are able to help you.
2. We take payment for all the applicable fees
3. Preparation of the visa application package, with your consultant providing step by step guidance and regular feedback throughout the process.
4. Lodging the application, which our courier will do on your behalf if you don’t need to attend the visa center/embassy in person. If you do need to attend in person (as many countries require), our courier will accompany you to the appointment, bringing any documents prepared by your consultant, paying for the application and providing help and support throughout as required.
5. We track the submitted application, and collect your visa/passport on your behalf as soon as it ready.
6. Your visa/passport is returned to you, either by special delivery, or direct collection from our office, or a courier of your choice.
